Due to limited parking space and the increased demand on our system, only a limited number of day visitors are allowed. There are several nice parks in Brainerd for larger groups.

Life jackets must be worn whenever you use the paddleboats or fun bugs for your safety. Please share these watercraft with the other guests so everyone has an opportunity to enjoy them. Please do not fish from the paddleboats or use after dark since they have no lights.  Paddleboats must stay in the area in front of the resort only. Please hook up the paddleboats and funbugs to their tethers when finished. The swimming beach is open from sunrise to sunset. There are no lifeguards. Fishing is not permitted in the swim area, from the floating swim raft or the children’s swim dock.

No glass containers are allowed outside the cabin areas. Please use cans or plastic cups, especially in the beach area. Cabin garbage pick-up is on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Extra kitchen can liners can be found in the fish cleaning house. No open fires are permitted in any area except the fire rings which are located on the beach. Please check with the office prior to building a fire for a report on forest fire danger. Adult fire supervision is required and fire must be extinguished by midnight. We sell bundles of wood and you may borrow marshmallow forks from the office.

Please do not put tampons, cigarettes, grease or coffee grounds in the toilets or down the drains. Your cooperation in NOT clogging our septic system is appreciated.

The playground is for all registered guests, unsupervised and closes at 9:00 p.m. or dark, whichever is first.  Shuffleboard, horseshoes, etc. may be borrowed by adult registered guests, children must be supervised while using, and the equipment must be returned to the office or a penalty charge will be added to your bill.

The DNR has asked us to NOT let our guests bring firewood to the resort due to recent infestations in other parts of the state and out-state. Firewood is available for purchase at the resort.

The laundry is located in the office. Hours are posted in the office.

No tents, screen houses or loud radios are permitted anytime, and quiet time is from 10 p.m. until 8 am. Please respect others.

Please use the fish cleaning house--not your cabin--for cleaning fish located just east of the office/game room. A bucket with a liner is  provided for the remains which we will freeze before disposal. There are strict regulations regarding the transportation of fish within Minnesota. Please stop at the office if you have any questions.

We would appreciate it if all tab accounts could be settled the evening before departure. See Dave at the office. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 9:00 am. unless otherwise arranged.

Check-Out instructions: Please take all garbage to the outside cans, empty the refrigerator and wipe out, vacuum the floors (there is a vacuum in each cabin and extra vac bags are free at the office) and report any damage or problems.
