VISITORS: Your cabin fees are only for those
registered. Fees do not include additional visitors, guests,
neighbors or relatives. All cabin visitors must be registered at
the office upon arrival. A day visitor (between 8:00 a.m. - 10:00
p.m.) will be charged $15 per person per day. All day visitors must
leave by 10:00 p.m. or they will be considered overnight guests and
charged $30 per person which will be added to your bill. Due to
limited parking space and the increased demand on our system, only a
limited number of day visitors are allowed. There are several
nice parks in Brainerd for larger groups.
Life jackets must be worn whenever you use the paddleboat/canoes or
boats for your safety. Please share the paddleboat/canoe with the other
guests so everyone has an opportunity to enjoy them. Please do
not fish from the paddleboat or use after dark since they have
no lights. Paddleboat must stay in the area in front of the
resort only. Please hook up the paddleboat to its tethers
when finished to prevent damage to the rudder. The swimming beach is
open from sunrise to sunset. There are no lifeguards. Fishing is
not permitted in the swim area, from the floating swim raft or the
children's swim dock to keep the area clear of hooks and lures.
No glass containers are allowed in the beach area. Please use cans
or plastic cups. Garbage dumpster is dumped on Wednesday mornings.
(Holidays make that one day later.) No open fires are permitted in
any area except the fire rings which are located on the beach.
Please check with the office prior to building a fire for a report
on forest fire danger. Adult fire supervision is required and fires
must be extinguished by midnight. We sell bundles of wood and you
may borrow marshmallow forks and pie-makers from the office.
Please do not put tampons, tissues, cigarettes, grease or coffee
grounds in the toilets or down the drains. Your cooperation in
NOT clogging our septic system is appreciated. The playground
is for all registered guests, it's unsupervised and closes at 9:00
p.m. or dark whichever is first. Horseshoes, canoe
paddles may be borrowed by an adult registered guest. Children
must be supervised while using, and the equipment must be returned
to the office or a penalty charge will be added to your bill.
The laundry is located in the office. Last wash load by 7:30
p.m. If you need change, detergent or help, please ask at the
office.
No tents, screen houses or loud radios are permitted anytime,
and quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Please respect
others.
The office will not have set hours. When we're in the office, it's
open. There is free wi-fi. Just ask for password.
Please use the fish cleaning house--not your cabin-for cleaning fish
located by the dumpster. A bucket with a liner is provided for the
remains which are frozen before disposal in the freezer there. There
are strict regulations regarding the transportation of fish within
Minnesota. Ask Dave.
We would appreciate it if all tab accounts could be settled the
evening before departure. See Dave at the office.
Check-out instructions: Please take all garbage out, empty
the refrigerator, vacuum the floors (there is a vacuum in each
cabin), and report any damage or problems. You may leave your key(s)
on the table and please leave the cabin unlocked.
NO PETS, FIREWORKS OR JETSKIS
